Who hired the doctor specifically to give him the illegal sleep medication? Who asked for the illegal medication?

I'm just sayin!

Although I think Murray absolutely should be held responsible for his role in Jackson's death, I am sure there were more physicians and others who aided MJ in his addiction. It should be remembered that Jackson himself made the decisions that led to drug addiction and ultimately his death.

I just hope this is a wakeup call for other drugs users and those who enable them. There are lessons to be learned here. No one is invincible.
MJ Also to Blame | 2:50 p.m. Nov. 16, 2009
Okay, the doctor should not have administered the drugs and maybe his medical license should be yanked. But, in my opinion, Michael Jackson himself deserves some of the blame here. He was determined to get those drugs no matter what. He kept pestering people for them until he finally found someone who would comply. Jackson knew the risks of the drugs as well as the illegality of their use under the circumstances he wanted, and he was willing to roll the dice.

It's probably also true that the doctor should have kept a closer eye on his patient's condition, also knowing the risks. But Jackson, I think, must bear part of the responsibility for his own death. This time, his eccentricities and privileged view of what he should have caught up with him. Of course, his family will not want to consider that notion.

I am very sad that MJ lost his life, but his own foolish choices undeniably played a role in his death.

Of course she blames the doctor. It has to be someone ELSE's fault - it COULDN'T be consequences of Michael's OWN choices, now could it!

Good thing the doctor was there, or else it would have been the mailman's fault!

This is a stupid commment, Michael didn't administer the sleep drugs to himself. The Greedy in debt Dr. did. He has an oath the live up to and should have never prescribed those medication under any circumstance. The only place for drugs like these are in the Hospital by an anthesologist.
The Dr. is totally at fault here, I don't care how much Michael begged and threatened him. He needed to say NO Michael and part ways with him and then he would not be part of this whole mess.
The Dr. should have walked away. Michael is to blame, but only for begging for the drugs.
