Take heart. You still have the legal right to housing discrimination for the gay, lesbian, and transgendered in your community. There does that make you feel better?

Drug rehabilitation should be done in a tent camp somewhere far out in the west desert. Right after the execution of the people who make, sell, transport or other wise promote illegal drugs.

While I am in agreement with Rey about putting criminals into a residential setting, I would also hope that we could have a “political rehabilitation facility” ritht next to the other tents for the anti-government, anti-Americans like Rey Johnson.

You know if this was a facility that would be filled with Highland or even North Utah County residents that would be a different story. BUT, the Makin Company's people stated that this would be a facility for out of area, most likely out of state addicts.

Is there no where we can be safe anymore? Not even safety in our homes that we selected and pay for in safe areas distant from city centers with their social ills? Downtown Salt Lake City, put it there.

guess what... there are people all over your neighborhood using drugs and beating their children. WHy don't you do something about taht.

Oh, so local addicts would be welcomed? An addict is an addict is an addict. Maybe local addicts would be more acceptable because they are likely to be white, middle class addicts, not non-caucasian, lower class addicts?
