Most important thing, on finding a good contractor..Make sure he has a LICENSE!!! And it's up to date then get references. The "builder" I had used, how lied to me, more then once on his "license" He had hired a Heater guy from Cedar City, never used him before..After the house was finished(3 yrs and it's not big)..That spiffy heater guy wouldn't answer my calls, when I left message after message, that my heater/AC units are not working correctly..To this day..I am freezing with this dumb heater, no one wants to touch it..It "passed" Inspection, which, where I live..no one knows much!!(this is all in a Trust and I can't go and hire anyone) I'm up a creek and I know, when I sell this house..I'll have to pay out more to get things up to code... Just make sure you know who you are dealing with..
