One cannot help but wonder how one gets a shovel stuck in one's forehead. There must be a good story here.

Kid runs, not looking where he is going. Other kid dropped shovel when he was done with it some time ago. Running kid trips on shovel handle, falls and does face plant on shovel. Luckily, only forehead stitches. Routine. Ask any scoutmaster.
