Conflict of interest? Bad ethics? Dishonesty? Not from our lawyers. The greatest contradiction is the term "legal ethics."

Sick and Wrong

This smacks of conflict of interest and corruption. The fox is in the hen house.

Officers of the Court

Lawyers are Officers of the Court. Now isn't that a scary thought?

Some say license to lie, and a license to steal.

Least trusted occupations: lawyers, politicians, used car salesmen

Minorities or?

By minorities I assume they are talking about illegal alien representatives as most news stories are about minority's is targeted.

This is why lawyers should not be elected to representative positions in government. They bias and have very big conflicts of interest in their vocation and citizen representation. Just as this law is biased to corruption and dishonesty in a law that should represent all the people and not just a few minorities with false accusations.

The need for a Cap in the legal system and lawsuits should be on lawyer fees and maximums of settlements. After all, they are 1/3 the reason for high dollar lawsuits getting 33% or more off the top of settlements for their usually inept services.
