what a huge embarresment the utes have become to the state of utah and the MWC.
This has to be the worst beatdown in the MWC history. No wonder our conference
can't gain any repect when the utes get handled like school girls on
national TV. It might be 5 years before utah ever sees a number 16 ranking. 7-4
utes, that is what you will finish after USC beats you down in the san diego
skippers fish bowl in early december. What a gutless joke of a performance. Wynn
will be in line to change his last name to Lose. . .I said it all year, IF YOU

Eating Crow and Humble Pie all in the same meal! Hahahaha! Looks like Utah
isn't as good as they think they are! There are so many Utes commenting on
the BYU game that they haven't noticed they got embarrassed!

Loose Moose is the reason Cougar Fans have such a bad rap. I'll be honest
and admit that the Utes got worked. But so has everyone else that has played
TCU. The Utes were the first to score an offensive TD against the frogs on their
home field. Then they scored three more. I give lots of credit to the Utes for
hanging in there after all of their mistakes. The last "rebuilding
year" the Utes went 7-5. This time around they will be 11-2 after the bowl
victory. Mean while mooses cougs will go will 8-5 and lose out the season.

It would have helped us to have the yewts win, but I'll have to admit,
after watching the game, TCU is by far the best team.

Utah's Opponents (that Utah has beaten) are a combined 27 Wins and 54
Loses. The only team they beat with a winning record is the squeeker they won
20-17 at Air Force (7-4).

Clearly winning capped it, but it was great having Gameday and the Utes in town.
I stood next to a few Ute fans at Gameday and we (they included) had a blast.
Utah is a great program with a ton of class and has paved the way for non-BCS
schools to be taken seriously (BYU fans can't even deny that). Boise beat
OK with trick plays and some luck...Utah dominated AL with superior talent.
Just look at the buzz about the Mountain West, people are figuring out how good
we are (TCU, BYU, Utah, Boise).

BYU paved the way loooooong before Utah did. For example, the national
championship, the Cotton Bowl win, etc.
That being said, Kudos to the Utes for being the "original BCS busters".
Now it's TCU's turn to bust up a BCS team. Represent the MWC well TCU!

It looks like Utah and BYU are pretty even in talent and execution this year.
But that is only good enough to fight it out for second place in the MWC. TCU
has proved that they are the best and most talented team in the conference. I
thought they were the best last year too, but they couldn't hit those field
goals against a pretty good Utah team.
As far as Boise goes... I think TCU owns that one too, huh? I don't think there is another team in the country that is playing as well as TCU. I would love to see a TCU/Texas national championship. (Auburn beats Alabama; Alabama beats Florida in the SEC championship)

Tiggers... If Utah fans could just learn a little respect... I was proud of the
Utes last year after the BCS win over Alabama, but a true Utah Fan (alias
BYU-hater) will never give BYU credit for anything, so I just have to laugh at
you Utah Fans. Your team is going to finish 9-3 (plus a loss in some bowl) and
you should be proud of them... Third place in the MWC in a non-leap year is
pretty good.

Have really become the little brother. 90% of the comments on this board are
from BYU fans. Go figure. Most Ute fans new that TCU was going to win. There
was hope that maybe the Utes would prevail but TCU is a very good team that took
advantage of miscues by a good football team.
BTW: BYU squeaking out a win against a winless NM team is far more of a concern then losing to a dominate team. BYU fans may want to hold your breath this week against Air Force, I am predicting a win for our guys in Uniform. Go Air Force!!!!!

Whittingham really needs to do something about turnovers and penalties. They are
really getting out of control and that speaks to coaching.
Also, I would like to see Sanford come back as Offensive Coordinator. We need to keep the opposing offense off the field by avoiding 3 and outs.

TCu is great, Utah and BYU are good!! Both got worked by the frogs. NO
excuses. The difference is one lost at home, one lost on the road. One has two
losses to top 25 teams, one has one to a top 25 and one to a team with a loosing
record. One has 2 road losses, one has 2 road losses. One has two butt
whippings, One has only one. One has a senior quarterback, one has a true
freshman, one has a coach who will not accept an a.. kicking like that, the
other will be non chelant and let it happen twice ( or more) in one season...
You tell me who is in better shape We shall see this weekend as well as in 12
days.
