This is just a small glimpse of the future with Obamacare: corruption, waste and inefficeincy. This is exactly why we cannot afford Obamacare!

Lets remember who stole this money.

The Medical companies being run by Republicans... Of course they will blame it on Obama!

These are the same Healthcare CEO's that take your money for their ceo bonuses and decline claims.

Can anyone tell me if a CEO of an insurance company has been removed from his job by their customers by declining their claims?

No!

How about a Health company like a Hospital?

No!

How about a government official?

Yes! That is because we have the power to vote them out of office if they are not serving us well!

Its time to give the public this power with a government health program. Then the government will have to make it work or they will be voted out.

eg. I have never seen Seniors fight for medicare to be privatized! That is because they know the privatized system is worse!

The health care industry is cheating medicare and gouging Americans.

Very good example | 5:45 a.m. Nov. 15, 2009
This is a very good example that points out that health care insurance is not the cause or reason people can't afford health care. It's the fraud, criminal billing, and easy access to government funds in Medicare, Medicaid, and the Social Security systems. This $47 billion came from the Social Security and your retirement system in the trust of government. This $47 billion has depleted the SSA and other government wasteful spending.

This is justification for criminal investigation of health care providers, hospitals, drug companies, and any care center getting Medicare funds. In fact it would best serve america if Medicare was cut off to all non americans and foreign nationals. Then an oversight department before any funds are allocated.

The Obamacare plan is a blank check to more fraud in health care services. If government would cut off the money then health care cost and insurance may become reasonable. The industry is capitalizing on this deceit and easy fraud.

since medicare works so well and is finacially sound - by all means, lets cripple the economy and harm most peoples healthcare and force everyone into a sister system, insuring mediocre service, before proving that government can fix the system we have:
or, lets dump Pelosi and Obama before they do even more damage

If it is this bad for Medicare and I suppose Medicade is about the same, what can we expect from a total government run health program? The insurance companies have nothing to do with Medicare. This is totally a government problem, and so here we see how the government handles the taxpayer funding of Medicare, and the future of any government run health program.

How did Bush and Mike Leavitt respond? They instituted policies to make the health care industry more wealthy at government expense. Am I joking? No. They banned Medicaire from negotiating on drug prices like the VA does, and as a result, drug costs are 2 to 3 times higher than the VA. There are other examples. What we need to do, if you really care about corruption, is take the profit motive out of non-elective health care - We are the only industrialized country that profits off of sick people. As a result, money corrupts. But this is not Obama's fault. He is trying to reform, but he is not pushing hard enough in the right places. He is enabling the status quo, which is corrupt.
medicare and ss | 4:29 p.m. Nov. 16, 2009
Just don't forget that SS and Medicare still take in more money than they spend.

So don't say that SS or medicare have added to the deficit. They have reduced it becuase they keep stealing the money out of to pay for other stuff. If they say it's broken, don't forget it didn't break on it's own. Politicians broke it by robbing the surplusses it had for years. Now the surpluses are IOU's.
