I look forward to this time because I know we have been full tithe and fast offering payers. It just tells the Bishop and the Lord we have strived to be obedient no matter the circumstances we have faced financially. We certainly have been blessed physically, monetarily and spiritually through our obedience. The blessings are so important to our lives and we aren't willing to part with them because of lack of commitment to be faithful latter-day saints.
am I the only one who thinks it is a little like extortion to have to declare your status in front of your children and spouse? Isn't worthiness a personal issue.
