We were heading home today down Redwood Rd and were lucky enough to be following behind the procession going to Veterans Memorial Park. What a sight to see. The Many Police Cars providing the escourt with their light on. The line of cars in the procession had to extend well over a mile.
From my family to the family and frineds of Pfc. Nemelks we extend our condolances and gratitude, and say thank you for Your sacrifice. We are so blessed to live in a country with such valient young men!

"I feel how weak and fruitless must be any words of mine which should attempt to beguile you from the grief of a loss so overwhelming. But I cannot refrain from tendering to you the consolation that may be found in the thanks of the Republic they died to save. I pray that our heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom." My daughter and I were on Redwood Road near 9000 South when we were able to stop and watch the funeral procession pass in front of us. With the many police cars, motorcycles and headlights, it wasn't hard to realise this was for a highly dignified person of the military. We honor this young man and his family and the many others who have served for our country daily and are reminded of the sacrafice they give on our behalf. May you, the family of Pfc. Aaron Thomas Nemelka find the comfort in knowing we honor and salute him.

Aaron, God bless you for your service, and may God bless your family too because your sacrifice is their sacrifice also.

Precious Nemelka Family, please know you are in our prayers. As parents of a soldier serving at Afghanistan, please know we feel for you. May The God of all comfort carry you through it all...as He gave His Only Son to be sacrificed that we all could be saved!
We in America are truly honored to have had such a fine young man like Pfc Aaron Nemelka demonstrating such Character and Valor at such a young age. He accomplished such goals in his short lived life that men of more age will never accomplished though they lived to be 100 years.
Precious Aaron and all our Troops will always have a special place in our hearts! God Bless You!

--When will people learn? - stop killing each other and feed each other instead-

--End this sensless war - and mothers everywhere will stop crying for their losses.

--WAR is not the answer to peace & happiness- providing food, clothing, shelter, health care, basic humanity and true prison reform is!

--It can be done... IF people want that instead of continuing to perpetuate the killing!

--I dare anyone to prove that the plan at wwunited dot org cant work! Go ahead, give it a try - when you can't - please sign the declaration of intent and let your voice be heard!

--I long for the day when Veterans Day is only a thing of the past-- may it RIP.

--At least Aaron will not have died in vain - human reality, who we are and why we exist, the book, is now dedicated to him and the youth of the world.

As long as human beings war upon other human beings this earth will remain a deathly darkened peaceless place where the lives of loved ones from all walks of life and every corner of globe will continually be sacrificed.

Only when humans unitedly grow tired of the business of war and act equitably towards all other humans will this WORLD experience blessed PEACE.
