Peyton and Collie, both good people and both good players. The BEST for us as their fans! Keep up the good work! Go Colts!
no big deal | 10:18 a.m. Nov. 14, 2009
isnt it obvious that you could throw anybody in at wide receiver and Peyton makes them look good.

Great article about Collie and finding himself and filling his niche in his rookie year in the NFL. Can't wait to see the Sports Illistrated profile when it comes out.
Congrats to Collie | 10:50 a.m. Nov. 14, 2009
Congratulations on his hard work and success. There were many that doubted in his abilities and he is making a name for himself through sheer diligence and working his tail off. Great work!
Re: no big deal | 1:33 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009
you mean like you? Everyone who knows anything about the NFL knows that Manning is extremely picky when it comes to who he will trust. It looks like Collie has earned that trust.

I know it's hard for a Ute fan to know about respect, but let's try here. Collie is playing awesome, in fact, he's one of the top thirty receivers in the entire NFL, as a rookie.
This story is false | 3:56 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009
Austin Collie is too slow to succeed in the NFL, let alone play in a single game.

Last year, all the Ute fans were in agreement that he was waaay overrated; this must be true because Utah fans are the smartest in the nation.
Another successful cougar | 5:17 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009
Great job Austin! Way to represent BYU football.
What about Alex Smith? | 5:25 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009
He turned around a troubled 49er offense single handily last week by out-playing the likes of Jay Cutler. Oh wait, Cutler had 5 interceptions and still nearly tripled Smith's passing yardage. Smith is a nice guy though. Just too bad he's a Ute.

Collie is amazing.

Alex Smith was amazing. I hated him when he was at the u. hope everything goes well for him though.

COLLIE | 9:53 a.m. Nov. 15, 2009
Nice job Austin, wow I am a huge BYU and Austin Collie fan but not even I thought he would do this well in the NFL. It must be because of the excellent BYU coaching staff. GO COLLIE, and GO COUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ncp | 12:25 p.m. Nov. 15, 2009
no big deal...another mental midget from SLC.If that is the case (which it is rediculous to even consider) why don't they put the water boy out there? And why aren't you playing? The trolls are suprisingly quiet today, I wonder why?
Cougies | 2:54 p.m. Nov. 15, 2009
SI curse will follow you after Collie appears in SI. Your woes againt UNM are only the first evidence of that.

With the SI curse hanging over your head, I would not get too confident about your remaining games.

THE SI CURSE IS REAL !!!!!

Without Collie on the drive to score the Colts 4th TD, they never get the chance to be in the game. I've never liked Collinsworth as a commentator, but the compliment he gave Collie was awesome. I watch Indy games just because of Collie. He makes ORHS proud.

Every person that knows me knows that I have always been Austin Collie's #1 fan. I was there when nobody knew him. I was there during his down times. I was always there.

I predict that Austin will be the next O.J. Simpson.

I always think it's funny how guys say "Even I'd look good if Manning were throwing to me". Manning has other receivers and not all look as good as Collie (Garcon caught 3 of 11 throws last game). The facts: Collie led the NCAA in yards, had a 4.0 out of BYU, is a workaholic according to his coach, and is getting props from the greatest QB playing the game. Sure, he's no Superman. But give credit where it's due. Collie is not your ordinary rookie.

He is so awesome and righteous. He reminds me of a stripling warrior.

He is awesome and righteous. He not only reminds me of a strippling warrior but also reminds me of one of the stalwarts in the vision of the tree of life who ended up in the large and spacious building. He reminds me of Terry bradshaw with his quick quarter back reflexes
Colt fans love Collie | 9:35 p.m. Nov. 16, 2009
Just talked to a guy here in Dallas that was at the game last night. He is a Colt fan (was wearing a Colt fan cap in the hotel). They LOVE Collie and love the fact that he has fit in so well and that he is a hard worker!

The draft situation could not have been been for Austin Collie!

Way to go Austin, the cougar nation is watching you and wishing you the best!

So righteous and awesome, yet so humble.
