Congrats to Alta for a fantastic season and phenomenal program. These boys would have made my team look like a bunch of girls if they played us way back then. I hope those that return may keep the tradition. Those that have finished this year, I hope you can remember the valuable lessons you have learned and apply them throughout your life.
Once again, Congrats on the superb season.
-Bingham Fan
It wasn't as close as recent games but, as a Bingham fan, I knew Alta wasn't out of the game until very late in the fourth. The rivalry is alive and will be renewed next year. Alta will reload and have another great season, the program is just too good to do otherwise.
Congratulations, Miners! Prepare very well for Davis!
If you can't run the ball then why do you continue to run the ball. Way to play into Binghams strength.
alta was cursed with bad luck on friday the 13th!! the hawks just didnt have it....they could have beat bingham ..but they just didnt have the force with them. something was wrong?? I know you are a much better team than you displayed friday!!! good luck bingham and good luck hawks next year .... see you in the playoffs again. lets make it a tradition. oh yeah we already have !!!!
More like Blue and Who!
All that smack talk all season and you lay that egg Alta?
What a joke!
Everyone is laughing at you!
No bad luck, the better team just won! Alta fans, stop making excuses!
they had the best running game ever with jefferson in it but they never played him! The running game was strong with bryan taylor and adrian! Why would you mess with that rotation.
won that simple, you hear about how Alta had mistakes in the red zone and all sort of excuses. The game I was watching looks like Bingham's defense just tightened things up and shut them down,Bingham had their share of miscues also. So Alta fans and D news let's just face the facts the best team won!!Not only once but twice. Bingham State Champions, go Miners....
Bingham deserved to win that game. Alta could have played better for sure. There were many miscues and mistakes and Bingham took advantage of them. Bingham played the better game and beat a great Alta team. Good luck Bingham, you better take state I wouldn't want another school to have it besides Alta or Bingham. Hope fully the hawks have a great season next year.
Alta fan, when you wrote this, "Hope fully the hawks have a great season next year.", you have to KNOW it's going to happen. Alta's program is too good to NOT have a good season next year. If I'm sure of one thing about a Region 4 school, it's that. Bingham will do the same and the rivalry will continue. Pick the winner? Ask me AFTER the Bingham/Alta game(s).
You guys have a fantastic football program, and we were able to play our title game on your turf, it was an amazing experience playing in snow on your field!
