The D News continued efforts to peddle behavior modification through taxation is troubling and feels morally wrong (taxing tobacco ever more heavily).
Knock it off. An opinion is one thing, but continually lobbying the public to buy it by advocating more government and singling out a small percentage of the population while doing so is more aggressively is a sign of low tolerance and discrimination.
Many states (I'm not sure about our own) used anti-tobacco money to fund other things. Can anyone comment about how much of Utah's share actually went for the purpose it was intended?
