Comments about ‘AP poll: Family dinner survives, with distractions’

This poll had to have been taken in a special setting to get these desired results.There are very few Mormons that have a meal together in their homes let alone others. And that is a FACT! Now I thank you, "IF" you post this TRUTH.

I agree. The people being polled are probably exagerrating the number of days they eat together in order to not sound bad to the pollster.

You must be smoking something. Most Mormons I know have family dinners together. Where are you getting your "facts"? The poll seems credible to me.

Turn off the TV. Don't answer the phone. Have dinner at a predictable time each evening. That's all you have to do to have quality dinner time with your family. It can happen. As long as I can remember my family has routinely sat down together each evening. Spending $250 to each out as a family seems like wasting money. Your kids will remember activities that you did together rather then what you ate.

I didn't see anything in this AP article relating to Mormons. The numbers were taken from all walks of life. Why do so many comments turn to Mormon bashing? It's not even relevant to this artlcle.
