People just don't know how to control themselves do they?

The best method of mob control is not to allow it to develop. Like close parking lots until after the store opens and no overnight lines or camping in or out of a vehicle. Cities and law enforcement has to be involved too because the people are not going to volunteer to be civil. Stores could hire off duty law enforcement for this not as security but crowd control and even put them inside the stores.

This is not just a Wal Mart problem, it's in every store that expects this Black Friday spending spree.

This year may be an exception though as consumers are not so freely spending anymore and the crowds should be much smaller than in the past. It should be a real eye opener event to show how depressed the economy really is.
