I'm all for short nursery engagements, but in the interest of the kids, they had better be STAGGERED releases.

If there are a sufficient number of with-it adults in nursery (and sadly, in most wards that's a Big, BIG IF) then suddenly one missing will not be too upsetting to the troops.

And then the replacement will be well in place and trusted by the time of the next "regularly scheduled departure".
