have bragging rights, and a guaranteed win over TCU for the MOUNTAIN WEST
CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

I would suggest you tone down your remarks and ethusiasm. You will probaly get
beat by double whatever your team scores. Humble pie doesn't taste very
good either. But its yours and other backers to do as you see fit I guess.

I'm going with Vegas on this one. No doubt TCU is the better team.
They've got a better defense and better offense, and they know they shoulda
beat Utah last year, so they're gonna be extra movitated and focused.
I'm expecting a TCU win by at least 2 touchdowns. And I wouldn't be
surprised if it was 3 or more.

The reason BYU was destroyed by TCU is that BYU has talent and that's about
it. At least Utah has SPEED and talent in order to battle against TCU. If the
Utes lose, there's a good chance they won't be as humiliated as BYU
was.

Even with a win Utah will do no more than the Vegas bowl which you love to hate. HA HA Thanks to Oregon and Boise State!

It's too bad that Utah isn't as awesome as BYU, or Utah just might
have a chance of beating TCU.

The league and the ref's are going to make sure Utah loses this game...
more BCS money for the MWC if TCU goes BCS.

I'm not sure TCU will dominate in every way.
For example, I think TCU will score 21-28 more points on their offense over the Ute defense. That is not domination...not like 52-0 or anything like that. They will dominate on special teams to the tune of a touchdown or two. That isn't so bad, considering Utah won on a series of fluke kicking errors last year. And then there is the defense of TCU against the Offense of the utes.
Now that is going to be a problem.
Most likely two picks will be ran back for scores. Maybe a blocked field goal or two, one of which will be run back. So really, if you add it all up, 42-3 up to maybe 56-6 isn't complete domination by the frogs over the utes. I really think the Utes will get past 200 yards of total offense...maybe 220 or so. That is pretty good considering the freshman QB and all the mediocre play of the utes in 09. Hopefully they will stay in the top 25.

I have to side with the horned frogs on this one. Clearly the importance of the
game is out there so the frogs will put a beat down on Utah. They can't
afford a win that is within 10 points. Utah has a freshman QB who has only
played two games....Wyoming and New Mexico. Combined record of 4-14. And they
are supposed to play the best team in the country? Utah does have a good
defense, but not good enough to keep up with TCU. The defense will probably take
4 turnovers from Utah. Utah has "fumbleitis". I see a lop-sided loss
for Utah. Probably.....45-10...just because Utah has a a pretty stiff defense.

with your expectations, I mean your EXPECTATIONS for a BCS bowl for the last two
years have been smashed and well this year you guys EXPECTED to go to the
championship. I strongly hope Utah wins, granted TCU is one of the top teams in
the nation, I still think Utah has a chance.

TCU blew apart the Y last year and this year. It is hard to tell if TCU is any
better or if the Y is just as fake as ever.
I expected the Utes to lose big time last year to both TCU and Alabama. Personally I don't think TCU is a top 10 team, I think the MWC just isn't that good.
Should be a good game.

Any objective fan who has watched Utah struggle against mediocre teams ALL season would expect the #4 team in the country to put a big time beat down on the Utes!
It's funny how the Utah fans always play this game of throwing BYU into the mix as proof that Utah has a chance against TCU.
Guess what?
It really doesn't matter how BYU did against TCU.
What matters is how well TCU has played all season and how poorly Utah has played.
TCU has most of its key players back from a team that barely lost to a very lucky Utah team.
Utah lost most of its key players and has struggled all season long; anybody who has watched the Utes knows that.
TCU is a better team this season.
Utah is a much poorer team this season.
TCU will win this game handily; whether the final score is close or a blowout, it doesn't matter. The game will never be in doubt after the 1st quarter.

The only hope the Utes have is that the weather will be like it was in the TCU
Air Force game or the TCU Clemson game. It was raining throughout the Clemson
game and bitter cold in Colorado.

Utah generally doesn't do well in big games. I think that reflects poorly
on Utah's coaching staff.

Anon::: Utah never complains about the weather when they play in it. To cold in
Colorado Raining in Clemson sounds like a movie title to me. I love the point
spread on this game. What motivation for Utah to be disrespected, and for your
info, we still are the champs of this conference. So are we supposed to just lay
down and let you win the conference. No!! we know were not going to a BCS game
so what else is there the MWC Champs of course.
