Justice has been served. I hope this wakes up the rest of the ones that have under aged wives.

. . . is when will the State of Utah have the guts to do the same thing? Most of the population HATES the polygamist image that the state has, and yet the government will do nothing to prosecute these crimes. Sure, we've heard that "we won't prosecute polygamy", but why not hit them from the angle that the State of Texas did, which is the true tragedy of this lifestyle: the statutory rape of these young women.

Is this guy going to be in protective custody like Jeffs? If not, this is a death sentence. This guy won't last a year in general population.
