Federal law PROHIBITS anyone EVER convicted of a domestic violence misdemeanor from EVER again touching any gun or ammunition for life.

He was convicted.
He cannot touch a gun.
He cannot be a cop.
pretty simple to understand.

Black, white, hispanic, polynesian, cro-magnon or whatever species. Same law applies to everyone. If he does not like it, get Congress to change the law.

Im thinking you are mistaken. Isnt the law in regards to Felony Domestic Violence ?

he is right, why out of 11 other similar cases, he was the only one suspended. People of color always have it hard and have to work extra hard to prove their point. Fight for your right................
