So glad to see that the AMA is now expert in military operations and the effect and impact that such a repeal would have on military operations. AMA is just another self-interested organization (for profit?) which has been co-opted by political correctness and Secular Progressivism. The more the AMA engages in blatant political issues like this, and strays from medical arena, they lose credibility. They lost a whole lot of credibility on this one in my opinion.

So, the American Psychological association calls attempts at 'reorientation' harmful and quotes a less than 1% success rate.

And now the American Medical Association opposes DADT and makes the statement that denying gay marriage to some is not healthy and denies some access to healthcare.

Less and less reason to justify hate.

Oh, and Dont ask, Dont tell has discharged 13,000 men & women to date. Men and women who can no longer serve because of who they date instead of what they do.

I think Obama just authorized 15k to go to Irag.

That's almost the latest 'surge.'

...sorry for pointing out the obvious, but homosexuals have a lot of "health disparities" to deal with that are related to their behavior, regardless of the kind of insurance coverage they have. Once a person engages in risky behavior and contracts HIV and other STDs, health insurance is kind of beside the point.

setting aside the fact that your example is a gross overgeneralization how exactly is it that when someone becomes sick health insurance "is kind of beside the point" it kind of is the point at that (if you will excuse the expression) THE POINT they most need insurance

wait I thought it was people like you that always claim that the majority if Americans agree with you when it comes to this issue...so how exactly is the AMA "wimping out" to "political correctness"? I can never tell if the far right just does not realize their comments contradict each other or if they just hope nobody will notice their double speak from one day to the next.
