As the former President of UVU, Sederburg would know.
Watch Dog | 2:06 p.m. Nov. 10, 2009
Gary Herbert and his republican cronies in the legislature set up this appointment for Brems as a favor in return. They were hoping it would slide under the radar, but the news got the story out. And to hear our elected state officials wonder why they need ethics reform, this is it.

Why does being the former President of UVU make Sederburg know? Know what? How to stir the pot. Apparently, a vote was taken and Sederburg was the only Nay vote. What - is he mad now because he didn't get his way?

I hope they revisit this decision and shed some light on the dirty deals.

Chairman Bingham's appointment should be revisited as well. Who does he think is funding this UCAT mess?

SEDERBURG | 7:11 a.m. Nov. 11, 2009
So Glad that Sederburg isn't in command at UVU anymore, and yes he knew it all then and knows all now. Sarcasm!
Food tax will pay for it | 12:30 p.m. Nov. 11, 2009
Does Brems pay back the $150,000 severance packcage he received two years ago or does that go under the rug, too? Utah County republicans are already planning their 2010 float.
Sederburg II | 1:25 p.m. Nov. 11, 2009
Sederburg is such a pompus baboon. Who delivers a letter to the press BEFORE he delivers it to the intended party? Are there no issues in the ivory tower of higher education that require his attention and obvious superior intellect? More sarcasm! Hey Utah, lets PROMOTE him again! Perhaps North Dakota could use him!
Leadership | 9:27 p.m. Nov. 11, 2009
There is no leadership in UCAT, which was established in 2001. They have had 4-5 presidents. This position requires lobbying for UCAT funds from the legislature and trying to improve relations with higher education... because of the controversy surrounding this hire, Brems will be useless on both fronts. This renders the entire UCAT administration and Board of Trustees useless to the eight campuses.
Questionable | 9:27 p.m. Nov. 11, 2009
Is anything remotely questionable ever a good idea?
