Given the nutty nature of Utah politics I way ram it through--1 vote, 13 or 33 votes! Ignorance rules and so many seem to be watching Glenn Beck and following this disorganized (a generous term) kind of 'thinking' (again, a generous term). Sad, I remember a Utah electorate, although conservative, as being reasonable. Now they go to 'Tea Parties' and sob large tears about the founders (while reading Beck plagarized books about Thomas Paine and the 'founders'). Sad and embarassing...

What do you want? You live in a democracy, the woman got the most votes. Even if she won by a single vote she still won. Get over it.

The election is not final until the provisional and mail-in ballots are counted and approved by the Board of Canvassers. A 52 vote lead may hold, but you never know. There were more provisional ballots this year because of the photo-ID requirement.

RE: Steve @ 5:20,
Unless you are a leftist thinker, then you dont have to accept the majority rule provision and you can act like thugs to try to make your case, (see Prop 8 in CA). If you are conservative, then you are supposed to sit down, shut up and behave and drink the cool-aid like the other liberal idiots in the world.
