Crystal Joy Brown's focus on helping people of color and maybe even the gender-bending thing, but why can't this program include EVERYONE? If a person is overweight and has the desire to change, Ms. Brown surely should be one to understand and accept. Her program sounds great except for that fact.

Please check out Crystal Joy's MySpace and/or Facebook page with the photo's of the joy fitness club. Her program does include everyone.

Congrats to the defense, and to Andrew George. Hall - unbelievably pathetic.
