Officers are Unprofessional! | 3:54 p.m. Nov. 8, 2009
This right here is why I will never be a Commissioned Military Officer!

Anytime an NCO (or Petty Officer) commits a criminal act, it is a black eye to the NCO Corps. We all look bad. We are counseled on the behavior and acts of another.

But let the criminal act come from an anointed commissioned officer and we must now pause and find the reason why he or she acted the way they did.

They were misunderstood.
They were abused.
The weather in Killian was bad.
Somebody hurt his feelings.

We will now have a “are you feeling okay?” weekly meeting as to how our hearts, minds, and tummies feel because if an officer misbehaves, it’s never their fault.

NCOs lead the way.
