Man oh man do the yewties look good...............against UNM.

Only 4 fumbles in the 1st quarter and 1 in the 4th, but hey, they recovered ALL but one of them........awesome offense!!!

But don't worry, the Y and TCU didn't look past their oppontents and will look FORWARD against EWES.

After all the yewties are ranked in the top 15 and will be favored against the Y and slight underdog of TCU so maybe their games will be close!!!

By the way, Boise State won their game !!!!!

Yea, Moose...Boise State won their game and they are going to need help from Utah to get into the BCS.

Great game, Utah. Offense turned in some great numbers.

I love it | 7:53 p.m. Nov. 7, 2009
I like how the first poster is a rapid byu fan lurking on his computer waiting desperately to attack the win that Utah had... Nice cross-section sample of the "hating" zoobies (Not all byu fans) trying so hard to justify their existence in the shadow of the higher ranked and superior UTES.

I am sure the sting of the composed FRESHMAN QB Wynn, who only played in his second NCAA football game and turned in brilliant numbers, probably fuels the desperate hate of the byu fans biting their knuckles in fear of the future both immediate and in the coming years. Especially when they consider the ability of Hall to disintegrate when a little pressure comes his way.

Good job UTAH...great game. There were some amazing positives especially considering this is said by some to be a building year... 8-1 and ranked no less.

Hey Howard- I hate to break this to you, you have no chance against TCU next week. You are about to see what a BCS team looks like next week at TCU. It won't be close..

Keep dreaming though...

45-14 | 8:19 p.m. Nov. 7, 2009
The Utes (8-1, 5-0) won their sixth straight and scored their most points since a 48-24 win over BYU last year to end the regular season

Bring on TCU | 8:42 p.m. Nov. 7, 2009
I'm stoked for the game next week! Here's to the Utes playing their best. I think the Frogs are the better team this year, but let's see...

Either team represents the MWC very well.

Please Cougar fans, tell us ALL about what BCS teams look like since you have so much experience getting throttled by them. You would know better than most I guess! hahaha

You will shut up hard after TCU seriously beats you down 50-0 next week in Fort Worth. I can hardly wait.

A TCU beatdown of Utah will feel tons better even than a BYU beatdown of New Mexico next week.

Ahhhh, I think Howard knows what a BCS team looks like. In fact, BYU knows what a BCS team looks like being on the losing end of a 48-24 blow out from Utah last year and a 38 - 8 blow out from TCU this year.

Yep...I'd say BYU is very familiar with what a BCS team looks like.

How could a team that's supposed to have a "great" defense let UNM score 14 points against them at home???

Here goes Re; RE Howard S... BCS teams look nothing like Utah does this year. Honestly, Utah had great teams in 2004 and 2008 and yes the 2008 team had some great late wins in close games with a senior QB but make no mistake about it, this years team is not BCS material, and I haven't heard a single sports announcer or commentator outside of Utah even consider them as a possible BCS contender. TCU is the only non AQ team that looks anything like a BCS team this year. You'll see... more than you want to.

This what I am taking about! | 9:23 p.m. Nov. 7, 2009
Utes beat winless Lobos 45-14. I haven't seen the Utes play this well since the Sugar Bowl (yes that is a BCS game by the way!). Still lots of room for improvement, but all in all, the Utes showed what kind of damage they can create when they play error free football. They have athletes on their team and I believe they will a force to be reckoned with for the 2010 season. For now, they have three games remaining, two of which will be a challenge. I believe they can compete with TCU and make it respectable. A win is asking a lot, but who knows, we will see. BYU should be another good game. A win there is achievable, but we will see as well. Wynn is a winner and an up and coming star! Go UTES!
