I resent the word train the interpreters . It osunds like we train interpreters like animals to be at a circus. I stress that we should use the term prepare... We prepare interested people who want to be interpreters. Interpreters Training program( ITP) was replaced with Interpreters Preparation Program ( IPP). Training interpreters is offensive.
