I would say that's a beautifull thought but it's not really for an attack ship.
The article didn't say what the name of the "attack" vessel is. After all the people that have died after 9/11 - possibly a million, roughly a few hundred we're guilty of any direct terrorist activity or plans. Could they not have used that steel for a medical ship or a Coast Guard cutter? Are we so vengefull?
