Many americans die because of health care costs, not insurance costs. The american people have been focusing too much on insurance when its the care givers and billing departments that are killing people.
And to enter a hospital you have to sign your life away to get health care and at the same time indemnify health care industry for any wrong doing while in their care. Many americans die in hospitals and get maimed because of the ineptness in the system and the medical staff. Doctors working in for profit hospitals are restricted by owners on the kind and amount of care given according to their insurance and financial status.
Sometimes its more cost effective for family survivors to face death than get medical care. A funeral is a lot cheaper than hospitals and we all have to die.
At one time medical care was reasonable and affordable, even without insurance, and not go bankrupt to get it. Now its bankruptcy central if you go to a hospital. Not even socialized insurance can save you from that.
