This has been in the works for decades. There is no rush, John. You're suggestion has been the republican's way of putting off the needed reform for years and years. Sorry, your plan has already failed.

Except for the notion that we are rushing health reform, I agree with John Henderson that we should FIX THE BROKEN PARTS FIRST.

First is our broken attitude, a couple of hundred years for us to realize that health is the number one concern for the general welfare is definitively not rushing it.

Next we need to realize that at the root of every problem in our health care system is the greed of a capitalist. Complicit with government actions to promote the unscrupulous actions of the greedy capitalist. No one in government is making the millions of dollars off the problems of the health system it is private individuals.

Capitalism would be a good system to run our economic nation, if only we could make the capitalist play by the proper rules of fair play and civilized attitudes.

We need to create the proper rules and regulations for private capitalism so that it can properly enhance our nation and our people. And punish those who refuse to abide by the rules.

You are obviously not a Republican.
