Enjoy the shackles of taxes like the rest of us dude!
This slacker got off too easy!
His tax liability should have a surcharge to make up for burdening the rest of us with his share.
Tax Commission spokesman Charlie Roberts said, "Our hope is, and always will be, to get people to pay their fair share of taxes."
Charlie why the continued lies about "fair share"? I can find nothing in tax law anywhere about anyone paying any "fair share." It simply doesn't exist in law. It is a tool liars like you use to convince people of other lies - like everyone owes income tax. Income tax is only owed by those who are in a class of person upon whom Congress has lawfully imposed the tax (that's not everyone by the way) If it were upon everyone the income tax code would be no more than a couple of pages long.
The other people who are required to file/pay income tax are those who are made liable for the tax on behalf of a person who is in a class of person upon whom Congress has lawfully imposed the tax. These people are known as witholding agents in law.
In a free country such as ours (where people have inalienable rights to property, and the fruits of their labor) where do we think that our citizen ancestors had the power to delegate to Congress the power to take all of our property? It is absurd on its face.
If the government can take one penny of yours through its taxing powers then it can take it all. That is a well settled point of law. The power to tax is the power to destroy. If it can take all my property then how can I exist? We need to come to grips with our slavery right now and decide if we will live as slaves to the government mal-applying the law or we will live as free people.
I am saddened by the comments above of fellow slaves who want to see their fellow citizen enslaved just like them. That is what Satan's followers want too - for all to be miserable and unfree like they are. Disgusting!
This sounds like a reporter trying to make a story without the facts. It wasn't a felonie. It was someone that had some hard times and made it right! I've known the man for more than 20 years, he's no slacker. I have only known Grant to be honest and trustworthy.
