My heart goes out to Bob Wright, all his dogs, and other animal lovers. Dogs are like children, innocent and loving. What a tragedy!

Bob Wright, 64, holding Lady, a Queensland heeler, whose paws were burned in the Sheep Fire, at his destroyed home in Lytle Creek, Calif. Lady was one of three of Wright's dogs that survived the fire, while nineteen others perished in the 7,128-acre blaze.
