Wilson had great credibility when he was Mayor - but he squandered most of it over the last few years; particualrly by being the chief apologist for an incompetant, intolerant, hypocritcal and abusive Rocky Anderson.

Herbert calls his own credibility into question by aligning with a devolved Wilson.

You mean he worked tirelessly for the excellent, principled, opinionated, hard-working, and twice elected Mayor Anderson?

Former Mayor Wilson will serve the people of Utah well. When a person surrounds himself with nothing but yes-men (as most republicans in Utah are) progress stagnates. Opposition in politics creates compromise and a better end product.

I have a hard time believing that anyone still defends Anderson in light of the dismal failure as mayor.
