How does a DH win the MVP. I don't agree with that. Give it to the guys that play the whole game.

because he drove in the runs. More runs mean wins. More wins mean Champion.

Too bad the whole world isn't invited to the so-called World Series. When MLB teams play Japanese teams they often lose. The Japanese have not only caught up to the US in baseball but have surpassed the major league in several ways. It is time to stop pretending the winner of the World Series is really the "world" champion. I want to see teams from Latin America and Asia compete as well.

As for American football, I can see why the Superbowl winner is considered the world champion team because that game isn't played anywhere else. The rest of the world doesn't care. A bit like Japanese sumo perhaps. Just a fringe sport.

Do you seriously think that? The best Japanese players would kill to play in the Major Leagues. The best Latin American players already do. Do you really think any single Japanese team could compete for a whole season in the Majors? They might for a game once-in-a-while, but there is no way they would compete consistantly.

people from all around the world would die to be in the MLB im sure all those Japanese would love to play on a major league team and im sure that ML teams have scouts over in japan all the time. the MLb is the best baseball league in the world by far.
