thanks to these wonderfully helpful laws, my credit card rate increased 10%, and I've never had a late payment, nor do I ever carry a balance thank goodness. Can't congress see that big companies are always going to find ways to protect their company profits and pass the cost on to all the consumers? All people running for public office should be required to take basic economic classes! If they couldn't for see this happening, they need a reality check.
