Now hopefully Bountiful will terminate its mandatory recycling program.

Why would Bountiful remove the mandatory recycling program? Why is it so hard to recycle in the first place? Many cities in Davis County do not have any way of recycling, this idea by Wasatch integrated is only one tiny step, since they control the land fill and waste stream in Davis County to provide energy to HAFB.
