I like mink....too | 12:36 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009
around my neck. That is what those mink are bred and raised for. If it were not for mink breeeders we would not even have them. These animal people are nuts!!!!!! (I am not a mink breeder but I love the feel of that wonderful fur God gave us to use from the mink breeders. Long live the mink industry.
Killing | 12:40 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009
a living creature just to take its hide is WRONG. If it isn't necessary for food (I think the scripture reads: in times of extreme cold or famine) then killing an animal is wrong. Wrong. Wrong. To be allowed to state that out in the open is a constitutional right.

Dear Killing by your logic the cold or famine part, could mean that we could use them for coverings in these times. Hence it is ok to kill them and make their skins into coats. Your logic doesn't work for you. Get a different cause.

Libs... oh brother... | 12:56 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009
They spend all their time and money on "saving the whales" or screaming about people wearing fur coats. But they don't think twice about aborting a human baby or smoking a joint. Bunch of trendy hypocrites.

Fur coats are ugly. i don't have anything particular against the fur industry, I just can't believe people really think it is fashionable. It is an outdated look. But if it keeps georgous women posing nude for PETA, keep the fur farms going. ;)
The Sorry Truth | 1:14 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009
about the mentality of these people was shown to me on a bumper one day. A sticker on one side said "Abortion-a woman's choice" and one on the other side said "Meat is murder"

Boy are they conflicted!

Why  | 1:16 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009
Why do people get so angry at any animal rights activists that want to protest the slaughtering, abuse, neglect of animals? You actually take time to write something that attacks them! Law makers change laws to protect the people that kill, and disrespect those that want an end to the slaughtering, makes me wonder where the compassion for animals is. ANYONE that makes a profit off the backs or the killing of animals is despicable to a lot of civilized people. Find another way to make a living, I can't wait to stand in line next to the protestors!
Thanks for enlightening me to the town of Morgan Ut
Liberals..... | 1:25 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009

....can get all teary-eyed about the plight of minks or waterboarding a few terrorists or executing a few of the most heinous, sadistic & vicious killers but will staunchly defend the practice of ripping a human baby limb by limb from it's mother's womb as nothing more than "freedom of choice".

How in the world can they have any credibility among intelligent, informed & rational people?
You can judge... | 2:49 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009

I'm buying fur!!! | 10:00 p.m. Nov. 4, 2009
I don't care for fur, but I can't stand the terrorists that attack the law abiding citizens' property and livelyhood.

These groups damage personal property and release mink that can't fend for themselves.

Mink provide fur, chickens provide eggs and meat, cows provide milk, meat and leather products. Eat up and stay warm.

If people don't want to wear fur, eat meat etc., dont. But, let those of us who love a good steak and the soft feel of mink alone. Fur keeps you very warm in the COLD winters.
