Doesn't anyone know or care to read labels. I wouldn't feed this junk to ANYONE much less my family. These things are nasty processed unhealthful junk food.

I have a recipe for cinnamon rolls that, minus the hour for rising (proofing), takes less than ten minutes. The ingredients are all natural wholesome organic items that are available at any grocery store these days. My nine-year-old helps make them and learns some valuable lessons about baking, measuring and nutrition at the same time.

I really wish we, as a culture, didn't always go for the easy cheap path of least resistance. We're the fatttest industrialized nation in the world and we could use a little more quality instead of quantity in our food. Cinnamon rolls make a great treat on cold winter days but we certainly don't need a fast-food variety in the mall or an even worse but cheaper alternative from the supermarket. Make it at home using good ingredients and take a good long walk afterward.
