Predator, have you ever been in Colorado City and Hildale? Would would want to live there? It's turned into a dump with half-built homes scattered all over the place.

Putting an unfair burden on thieves, that's rich! On the plus side for the FLDS, the court appears to think they have standing, and gave them a do-over.

The UEP Trust has been stolen from a lot in the past. Trust beneficiaries who suddenly lost favor with Warren Jeffs had their very homes stolen out from under them!

Jeffs was even stealing from his own flock, by draining the trust and its assets in order to establish his little hideway compound in Eldorado Texas.

The current trustee may be the first one to NOT steal from the trust in a long time!
