Africans boycott meetings at UN climate talks

It's hard enough deciding how to redistribute wealth where we all pretty much share the same interests and where the government has the supposed "right" to tax us and redistribute the wages we earned.
How difficult do you think it's going to be for this group to decide what is "Fair" for ALL nations (many of which have VASTLY differing priorities)... And on top of that... they have no right to force these nations to contribute... It's all got to be voluntary!
That's like asking Americans to just send whatever funds this committee ask us for willingly... even though we aren't required to, and we don't approve of how the funds are being used, abused and dolled out to OTHER nations, etc, to help them compete with US more affectively.
It's not going to work as long as it's all "Optional". There's going to have to be some multi-national FORCE applied before ALL nations of the earth fall in line behind their agenda.
GW rhetoric is GREAT! Till government takes over.

They're not the only ones that should boycott them.
With all the other REAL problems in the world, its amazing that grown, so called intelligent people would still waste time and breath on the unsolvable.
But I guess they think if they make a big ploy and show at talking the unsolvable to death--it will absolve them from doing something about things that they SHOULD be solving.
