TCU's the BCS buster this year.
How | 9:35 a.m. Nov. 3, 2009
can you claim any offensive successes from last week? You are just putting lipstick on a pig. You guys stunk on offense from start to finish!

You guys are in real trouble! I see at least 3 more losses coming(that is if you get into a bowl game at all)

I say let's just focus on our next game, not TCU. I think we need to come out and have a good game this Saturday, and really get in rhythm with the situation that we will be using. After we win, then we can worry about two weeks from now.
Overrated and 7-1 | 9:51 a.m. Nov. 3, 2009
Utah is 7-1, ranked 14 in the BCS, and the fans think Utah is a good team. Truth is Utah isn't very good because the only teams it has beat are pathetic teams. According to CBS Sports the teams Utah has beaten are ranked:
Airforce 61, OT win at home
Wyoming 76, Come from behind home win
Louisville 84, home
UNLV 91, biggest road win of season
CSU 96, comefrombehind win
USU 107, home
SJSU 109, 7-7 in 4th

If Utah wasn't 7-1 coach Whitt should've been fired after any loss to any of these teams. The only thing worse than this SOS is the pathetic way Utah is winning. Utes make fun of Florida St. but I think even FSU could handle this schedule. Utah's 3 toughest games its won have all been at home, and these "tough" games are against mediocre teams. TCU will demolish Utah by 4-5 touchdowns. Utah's defense is good, and if it werent for the defense Utah would be 5-3 or worse. Utah might have the worst offense in the conference.
record | 11:15 a.m. Nov. 3, 2009
utah will finish with wins against NM, SDST - losses to TCU (blowout), BYU, and Bowl Game (blowout).
Final record 9-4. Great season!

I think that both moves were great, Aaron Roderick is one of the top offensive coaches around, Utah would've probably hired him as OC if he hadn't taken the other job like he did. Regardless ARod seems to have a better grasp on how to move the football and Wynn at QB opens up options the team hasn't had with Cain. Utah needs to stop playing afraid to lose and I think ARod will definitely help them do that.

the sour grapes continue...

Listen, TCU beat you badly. Just deal with it and don't take it out on anonymous message boards.
Re: Overrated and 7-1 | 11:43 a.m. Nov. 3, 2009
I understand we haven't easily handled our games and win by huge margins. Ok I get it. But BOOHOO!!!! It doesn't change the fact that we are 7-1. It doesn't change the fact that even though our offense has been struggling and we have to find a way to win. What does matter is that WE FOUND A WAY TO WIN!!!! And our only loss came to Oregon AT Autzen Stadium where we were coming back to tie the game. USC got KILLED at Autzen stadium. BYU fans need to stop worrying about our record and start worrying about theirs. Yes, we acknowlege we have work to do and improvements to make. But the fact that we are on a rebuilding year (and how you cewgs thought we'd be AT LEAST 4-4 by now) I say we're handling it pretty well!! So stop bashing us and play the dang game! And stop assuming TCU will demolish us just to make you feel better about your loss. Just wait for the game and see, you are pathetic.

Utah girl am I
Re: How/Re: record | 1:03 p.m. Nov. 3, 2009
I seriously hope you are kidding, "if" they will get into a bowl game. That is the stupidest thing you could say at least the record guy gave us the bowl game. One question, how can you say the utes will get blown out by a team when you dont even know what team that is?
some people are quite foolish
Remember | 1:26 p.m. Nov. 3, 2009
...when TCU demolished YBU last year as well? I remember everyone saying how TCU was going to do the same thing to UTAH. But, correct me if I'm wrong, I do believe it was an intense game up to the end and Utah came out on top in typical UTE fashion. And, if my memory doesn't fail me, BYU was taken out to the wood shed by their big brother UTAH and taught an ugly lesson.

Oh well. It is a new year; however, the TCU/BYU game was like deja vu.

GO UTES!!!
Deja vu | 3:09 p.m. Nov. 3, 2009
All over again...tcu smashes bywho and the utes will find a way to win @ Ft.Worthless
KISS THE BABY | 4:02 p.m. Nov. 3, 2009
Hey moose and all U UTAH haters(bywho & boise) got three words for y'all...'KISS THE BABY' because the UTES are goin to REPEAT again as the MWC CHAMPIONS!...

MUAH!!.."KTB"
Where's Shaky? | 4:21 p.m. Nov. 3, 2009
Where is Shaky Smithson? Did he get hurt worse that we thought? He just disappeared! Is he still on the team? What's up? He doesn't show up on the injury list, but ... ?? I thought he would be a big part of the O?
Duh | 5:58 p.m. Nov. 3, 2009
This doesn't help them at all. It makes them unstable. When you can't show confidence in your starter and then replace him and then put him back in and then what, replace him when he can't play again. How demoralizing. It will eventually catch up to them. Just try this when they placy TCU, they will get smacked down so hard.
KISS THE BABY... | 9:46 a.m. Nov. 4, 2009
To the gutless guy that said my UTES were overrated, you must really admire my beloved UTES?..I mean you live in Provo or what I call (slopro)..hahaha!!..but yet you and thousand other kitty kat fans continue to come on our article and post your ridiculous thoughts on here, you people need to direct your thoughts and "wishful thinking" to a byU article, and maybe U can ask your coach why the kitty kats are always "super hyped" in the begining of a season and than take a nose dive every year..lol..while my UTES continue to JUST WIN baby!.."its not how you start, but its how U finish"....UTES FOREVER THE TOP "CHIEF" IN THE MWC...
