If this is going to take on a "sacred" argument, the Natives better get ready for an avalanche of New Agers and other traditions who will come to feel the energy and power of the place. They are calling attention to making the island more of a tourist Mecca than it presently is.

Their faith includes needlessly taking fish and game, tax exempt status, gambling casinos with ungodly profits and a not-in-my-backyard philosophy. It's time to enter the 21st century and join the rest of us in addressing today's problems.

I love how the Kennedy's said "it was a triumph of special interests over state interests"! Are you sure it has nothing to do with ruining the view from your precious family compound??
