What foster care agency did she work for. It was probably not DCFS because they cannot investigate their own couples. Therefore it was probably a private provider. Just Curious!
It also happens when foster parents are registered by DCFS. There have been instances when they do use their own investigators in a matter from within . Not the best idea but it does happen.
Reporting a family member is never easy but when you catch a family member doing something so blatantly abusive it's the right thing to do.
