Calling him an ex-BYU coach? I don't think so. A volunteer . . . You put that in your headline to attract attention. Bad idea.

Yes, an ex-BYU coach. Read the blogs associated with his demise, the obits, and the tributes. Amazing, and all ex-BYU athletes. No arguing the point. Do the reasearch. I am at a loss to explain the idolizing of the man after suspicion and convictions dating back to the 1980s? Perhaps this is a case in point demonstrating the power sexual abusers have over their victims? International flight to avoid the penalty?

Ted Bundy

Remember Ted Bundy went to the University of Utah.

From the Associated Press article:

"During the international search for Berryhill, it came to light that he allegedly sexually abused another male victim in Provo, Utah, according to court documents. The fugitive task force also learned that Berryhill was investigated by the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office and the Ceres Police Department for allegedly sexually abusing multiple victims in California in the 1980s."

Keeping in mind that the 2001 Alaska, Provo, UT, and Stanislaus cases are "alleged". Only a conviction and international flight on the latest counts.
