Now I'm depressed. I just wasted four minutes of my life reading an utterly pointless story.
Maybe acting doesn't make depression leave, but I believe that interaction with other people can remedy many of the effects of depression even if only for the moment.
I totally relate. I'm the strong, stable one and it hurts to be otherwise. Just cope one day, hour or minute at a time and never let them see you sweat. Hopefully, this too shall pass.
I read number one of comments: (Juan Figuroa | 1:33 p.m. Oct. 31, 2009) Isn't this defensive type of attitude one that stymies those reaching for help? Instead of critizism and contempt (we don't even need to understand totally) just be tolerent and kind. Thanks for the article.
