Kyle, maybe if you really worked in the off season like you were and are supposed to you would have detected the injury long ago, had surgery, and already be playing....but no....you had to play 500 rounds of golf. I thank oyu and the team thanks you. From now on hit it hard all offseason and these little things will show up then and they can be taken care of then rather than during the season when you are counted on.

It was very impressive to see Korver at the opening Jazz game. With his surgery just two days ago he made a valiant effort to show support for his team. He looked a little pale, but otherwise in good form. So glad to see him up and walking so soon. Sure hope his recovery his short term. The Jazz need his outside shooting!

WOW seriously? Korver is a class act and always in shape! Once he returns finally the jazz will get another deadly shooter from outside oh yeah and the best pure shooter on the team!

To Josh: Your the man couldn't have said it better. He let he fans and he team mates down. He is paid through out the year and has agreed to be Utah jazz property. He should of had this surgery in September.

Josh, you are just plain wrong. A players body needs some time to rest and heal. Going hard for 12 months can further contribute to a players wear and tear. A player needs to work on strength training and conditioning along with game skills. Anything above that will just wear the body down come the regular season. Look at D-will, he finally had some rest after a couple of busy basketball summers with team USA and an ankle injury last year and he is looking as good as ever.

Korver did what he thought was best for himself and the team. He did what the doctors told him to do. So I do not fault him for what happened. It's just the way the cards were dealt this year, and you must play the hand you see. Good luck, Kyle. We love it when you're in there.

Korver is not the answer to our problems, would be better for everyone if he retired,MIles could get the minutes he deserves and would show himself to be an All-Star with the additional playing time,32-40 minutes per game
