Funny. Didn't Alta lose multiple games this year? Seems to me that multiple

Fremont showed in the first half how tough they were. They could just never get
there momentum going in the 2 half. Good season Wolfpack!

Two teams have beaten Alta this year. Bingham, by just four and Brighton by 11.
Brighton is out of the playoffs. Bingham had a great second half to win but it
was a close one. One play could have made the difference.
I won't try to predict what will happen in the playoffs, but Alta has won 9 and only lost 2 so far.

Alta... I wouldn't say a "simple" victory and that Fremont was no
match to you guys...For being a 5th place region team and you guys 2nd in the
state.. I think Fremont had you guys crappin your pants at halftime! Props and
congrats on the win! But learn to win with dignity.. and have respect for the
efforts that other teams are putting out there. Best of luck in the rest of the
playoffs.

Wonder if Hamilton has cwoods ex player (which cwood released without a
challenge) in his office going over how to try and steal colts signs like he did
in first game. Didn't patriots coach get fined for same thing. Glad my son
plays for coaches with honor and respect for the game

The one with no class is a "dad" who talks trash to 16, 17, and
18-year-old high school boys. There are way too many personal fouls on the Alta
side at every game. They lack discipline in this area and need to work on this
if they want to win future playoff games because the yards lost will kill them.
However, your comments are far worse than any of these kids attitudes on the
field. Syracuse dad...you have no class. At least these kids have a chance to
learn to behave...you seem like a lost cause. Sorry for your kids!

Alta was by far a better team. They were bigger faster and stronger. Fremont
played a great first half and it was obviously unexpected by Alta. But Fremont
couldn't get it going in the second half and it was apparant the refs were
horrible. They called a "do-over" on a 2nd down. Wow that's the
first time I've heard that. I'm not making excuses, Alta cleary beat
us. But we gave them a run. And i agree with comments above, Alta players have
no class. They're not nearly as good as past years. There's no way
they'll win state.

Don't worry Fremont fans & Syracuse Dad. Bingham will show Alta what
class is all about. We want the Hawks. Were hungry! Bingham's players
are well disciplined unlike our East side counterparts. Jordan, your just in
the way. Bingham will win by 3 TD's (atleast).

I agree with you, and the Player giving up the signs is Brayden Payne. I assure
you that his lack of respect for his Friends at CW will be remembered forever.
He could have said no I won't do that, its cheating, but he went along with
it.
Its been 10 games since the First Alta CW meeting and I assure you those late TD's on a field goal fake with 3 minutes to play will be remembered on the field. Leave you starters in until the end when your up by 30?
I assure you this game will be the most physical game Alta has played all year and their Players will wish they hadn't run up the score the first meeting when the beat down comes. CW is a different team today than 10 weeks ago. Alta may win this game but i Bet their players will feel the physical beating into December

All I can say is Fremont boys have class. They knew they were the underdogs -
but they have the heart that made this a game and could not keep it going in the
second half. I admire your coach that teaches you to win and lose with pride
unlike Alta's coach. It must not be anything Alta's coach teaches his
players or cares as long as they win. My comment is for the poor parents of
#62.... I have been involved with football for 18 years and have never watched a
player with less class then him. He taunts after every play and heckles the
opposing coaches and players every play. You go number 62.... you right tackle
you.... I love watching you sit on and hold the Ends like you matter...... your
mom should be so proud of what a great sportsman you are.

Thank you. We need all the help we can get playing Bingham. I will tell you one
thing though. I don't think we are that much of an underdog. We put up just
as many points as Bingham, but play in a much tougher region. It might pay off
today, who knows.

My kids play football at Alta. We don't have money and we don't play
any "political" games to get our kids playing football. They just
want to play.
So much hateful talk on this thread about cheating coaches and bad ref calling. Alta didn't beat Cottonwood because there was a "Benedict Arnold" in their first match-up. Alta didn't need to cheat to beat them. They had a rough game.
I believe this game will be completely different. Cottonwood will come with everything they have (and they have talent!) and it will be a fight to the finish! No one believes this will be a cake walk on either side. But, please..please..please, don't try to make excuses or judgments about things you know nothing about. Les Hamilton has changed the attitude and life of my son for the better. I will be forever grateful. My son is a better person for having worked with this man. My son may even get his college paid for because of the opportunities he has been given in this program.

Been to several Alta games this year. Although there have been several
unsportsmanlike penalties, the MAJORITY have been to due to aggressive plays NOT
cheap shots.
With that being said, #62 is a gignatic punk with little talent. I cant believe Bronco offered him a scholarship. Must be on size alone, because he is terrible.

I have six words to sum up the amazing alta hawks: Brayden Payne, Colten Page,
Cason Thomas. just throwin that out there. watch out C-wood! good luck to both
teams.

I completely agree. I mean there are a few more that I would mention like
A'i and Beaver, but for the most part you got it right. Brayden Payne is
the most talented corner in all of 5A football. Cason Thomas (#98) is definetly
all state, and first team for sure. Colten Page will be the reason Alta will
take state!

Excuse me? there is so much more to alta than the boys that you named. yes, they
are good, but what about Brad Johnson? In the PG game Johnson was THE most
outstanding player. Def. MVP of the game. Without him idk how Alta could have
pulled out a win. Especially since he's a junior and all...

who's # 9? Is it Josh Tracy? Because he is amazing... the kick off team is
so good because of him. And the papers should write about him instead of moose
because without the kick off team moose wouldnt be as good as he is!
