The most effective way to help developing nations would be to help them build and operate nuclear power plants. That would greatly reduce the burning of wood and coal used for heat and cooking and electricity. Developing nations cannot afford wind and solar at any large scale.

If the EU has altruistic motives, operate on logic, and have no ulterior political agenda, they'll build nuclear power plants. We shall see.

Any money given to 3rd World countries will be spent on weapons and Palaces.
