Election 2009: Midvale hopeful faces 3-term mayor

Who would have thought that JoAnn Seghini is 72? She's been a terrific and energetic mayor. She has a talent for listening and a reputation for not promoting herself. Midvale is fortunate to have both a great mayor and a good challenger. It is, high time, however, for a change in the police department ridden with scandals.
