JAZZ GAMBLED WITH MILLSAP AND IT COST THEM

I didn't even notice Millsap the entire game. He was a non-factor. Don't give Brewer a contract. Let the open market decide that for him.

Why should Millsap hurt himself? He just got his biggest pay day. Nothin' to prove. Why don't the Jazz over pay for Brewer and try for the number 1 payroll in the league. At least they will be best at something.

I see a frustrating year and a fight for 8th spot.

Not worthy Can he shoot? No, Can he defend? When he wants. ...

Pay Brewer whatever he wants.....so long as he can get Kobe to cover him! Till then, he's a liability!

Offer his the exact same deal the guy taken right before him got. $3.5 mil per is not a lot for a defensive minded guard who scores 10 per game. If we don't we will come to regret it and overpay like always. This kid is clearly worth at least as much as CJ if not more. I would offer him a deal starting at $3.5 this year, $4 next, $4.5 next and team option $5 as a team option. I believe he would sign it because then he can stay with all his buds here. Even if he isn't the answer for us at 2 guard that contract makes him a valuable trade asset. Please just this once let's be proactive? After Booze is off the books we'll be ok next year.

We`ll need to save salary so we can resign CJ in 3 years,he`ll be getting max-money this time around,70-90 mil for 5 years

Brewer is worth more than miles, which might be the worst re-sign in Jazz history, when was the last time you saw him help us win a game....hasn`t and won`t ever happen

Sports Illustrated Chadders rated in the Jazz team preview that the scout quoted loves Brewer and his defense. I still see him more as a #3. We are overloaded in this #2 and #3 stuff and it interchangable but we are short in quality bigs. After watching Portland the other night, this is the way successful teams in this league are going, tall, athletic monsters. Every Houston shot inside was a challenge and a hurdle.

The only person on the Jazz team worth anything on this team is Deron Williams. The rest could be good backups. And look what we get for it over the cap and just a 5th through and 7th seed. We need some pysical players or some thugs on this team. The jazz are so soft it is pathetic.
