Thanks Dick. This is the kind of story that demonstrates what true community service is done by people who REALLY care. This group is really walking the walk. Hats off to Speredon and his teammates for pitching in. Too bad this kind of project can't be done for more of those in need.

I can't believe it's 9:30 and no caustic u-fan blogs yet!

This is what good people do, they help each other in times of need. I understand that a number of Polynesian football players are trying to help the Islands rebuild from the quake and tsunami. I hope people will help them too. And it is far more fun to read about this sort of effort rather than the constant rain of players in trouble or stuff from fans posting totally worthless comments on blogs and e-boards!

Go Cougs! Go Utes! Keep lending a hand!

Thank you Dick for coming out and seeing the real "Heart" of our project! Jason has contributed so much to our efforts by rallying the team to come out on our last 2 home makeovers. He is a leader among his team members. We love him!

From very loving people to very loving people.
It reminds me of the front porch when neighbors used to sit a spell. All of you who have committed to make the Sevy Family's lives better, you deserve a spot in Heaven. I will come over tomorrow afternoon. (Fri)

The work you people have done for this family is truly unbelievable. It is certainly the house that love built. I have to believe that this accomplishment will be as rewarding to you incredible people, in your way, as it will be to the Sevy family - ALL the family!! Joy played some football and he recognizes the extra effort put out by Mr. Speredon and the team to help accomplish this feat. And feat it is! Please convey our lasting gratitude and admiration to every individual worker (family and friends). We may never meet most of those who worked but we read about them, saw the pictures on the computer, and are quite awe struck at the obstacles everyone overcame for our son and his family: flu, time, 100 year old house, and surprises that must have occurred.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Joy & Alberta Sevy
