What you are saying is that the Taliban have been playing the media for fools and feeding them lies for years. Thank goodness that could never happen here in America!

The Christian God and the Muslim God and the Hindu God and all other Gods are the same God. The diversity is in the ignorance of humans. The Koran is a book that has passages that agree with previous world scriptures. Followers have written the haddiths and also there are corrupted verses in the Koran. The Islam religion will mature as the humans that follow it are educated and consciousness raises throughout the world. The God Creator of all has given humans intelligence to find truth. The truth is that all men are children of the One God. They all share the same inheritance, consciousness. God wants them to discover this and to choose good over evil. He has created both. It is for his children to discover. It takes many incarnations as a human to find these truths. The truth is the siren song that leads all humans to realization. He stands in shining watchfulness.

Or He is simply just another slacker.

When GW Bush vowed to hunt down bin Laden, I guess he really meant that we would chase him into the comfortable villas of the Taliban in Pakistan. Good thing we diverted troops, support, and effort from the fight in Afghanistan to go invade a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 and had no WMD and did not pose a threat to anyone at the time. Otherwise, we might have actually captured bin Laden when we knew where he was.
